The Liberal Party is a church so broad it even protects convicted paedophile priests.
John Howard famously used the term to describe his party which upholds the conservative tradition of Edmund Burke, the liberalism of John Stuart Mill, and the paedophilia of the Catholic Church.
As a result of Scott Morrison’s latest coaching chat with Howard, the PM has unveiled the Liberal Party’s 2019 election slogan at a speech in Sydney on Sunday.
While the emphasis on the economy and border protection was expected, the emphasis on paedophile protection was not.
It hasn’t been received well, although it’s still more popular than any messaging which mentions Peter Dutton.
