It’s important to meet your constituents where they are.
The Prime Minister will fly to the Cayman Islands this morning to meet those with most to gain from his re-election.
His first stop will be a tour through this building which houses more than 12,000 shell corporations.
Later in the week he will also visit Switzerland, the British Virgin Islands, Panama, Bermuda, and Dominica to try and catch up with the 800 Australian residents named in 2016 in the Panama Papers.
His visit to the British Virgin Islands will include dining with Malcolm Turnbull’s old colleagues at Star Technology Services Limited, the shell company administered by offshore financial services corporation Mossack Fonseca
Watergate protagonist Angus Taylor has kindly agreed to be Mr Morrison’s guide for the trip.
