Finally, the ABC balances out the hosts who don’t believe climate change is a UN conspiracy.
Following his captivating interviews on Lateline and Insiders last week, the national broadcaster has decided Malcolm Roberts is a talent too great to ignore. Starting tonight the new One Nation senator will be hosting every single ABC science, news and current affairs show, including ABC News Breakfast and all ABC 24 bulletins.
The move is part of new managing director Michelle Guthrie’s push to increase ratings, raise revenue, and destroy the ABC.
Guthrie said “For too long the ABC has traded in tiresome ‘facts’ and ‘reality’. It’s high time we balanced out those facts with a man who wilfully misunderstands the word ‘empirical’.”
BREAKING NEWS UPDATE:
Tragically for fans of science fiction and rampant racism, Malcolm Roberts has just declined all overtures from Aunty, asserting there is no empirical evidence for the existence of the ABC.
