That’s it kids, pack up your childhoods and go home. The Prime Minister has officially pissed all over everything you hold dear and you’re gonna need a long hot shower.
The Liberal Party Star Wars Day meme is hard to see without being sick in one’s own mouth. However, it comes as no surprise that Liberal insiders view Morrison as Australia’s answer to Luke Skywalker when everyone else sees him as the hateful and monstrous neglected lovechild of the love affair between Jar Jar Binks (Phillip Ruddock) and Lord Palpatine (John Howard).
Yet all is not lost for Star Wars fans who realise the night is darkest before the dawn.
They are counting down the days until May 18 when the Death Star explosion clip will provide the sweetest meme victory of all.
