For those concerned about where Clive’s next Chicken Palmergiana would come from, fear not.

Thanks to the great and glorious Budget 2020, all that bad unsustainable social welfare that was being thrown away through reckless jobseeker payments and then wasted into local goods and services will “transition down”.

All that good sustainable corporate welfare will “transition up” and this is set to do wonders for the economic recovery of the Cayman Islands.
