Thank Christ for that. Like a shit set of dominoes, one centrist Democratic candidate after the other has quit the Presidential race this morning after all realising they are a complete waste of time and space.
After candidates like Joe Biden and (insert name of mediocre anonymous white man) initially demonstrated resolve to win the nomination so they could get Donald Trump re-elected by repeating every single mistake made by Hillary Clinton in 2016, they’ve finally stumbled upon some self-awareness and skulked back into the shadows.
That leaves Berne Sanders and Elizabeth Warren to work together to shift mainstream U.S. political opinion to the left of the Sandinistas.
The Bernie for President and Warren for Vice-President ticket is expected to serve Donald Trump the most humiliating defeat in U.S. history.
