Emergency measures to prevent the attacks of aggressive men have fizzled as federal ministers find an alternative time and place to have their weekly cabinet meeting.

Authorities had hoped lockouts would minimise brutal assaults on refugees, workers, the ABC, the Great Barrier Reef, and Tasmanian Forests.

Sadly the policy was the reactionary idea of two Sydney tabloids and failed to account for the structural flaws of predatory capitalism.
