In response to the Government’s latest decision than women are less important than men, the childcare sector has made a last-ditch attempt to make their industry viable by rebranding as educators of the fossil fuel propagandists of the future, and it’s paid off spectacularly.
So let me get this right.The first workers to be thrown off #JobKeeper by the Morrison Gov are childcare workers. A sector where 95% of workers are underpaid women.This as well as ending free childcare. All when we know women are losing jobs and hours at a faster rate than men.

Within seven minutes of the announcement of the childcare rebrand, Prime Minister Scott Morrison held a press conference announcing the Government would immediately pump $29 billion into the sector.
You would think the infamous 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill, one of the most environmentally destructive in history, might be bad PR for those who care for children. Not so for the Morrison Government, which actually sees this as an incentive.
