Government douses flames of fury about climate crimes with petrol bomb of endemic corruption.

By combining denials of the climate emergency with denials of the obvious festering culture of corruption inside his own party, Scotty from the Ancien Régime is now officially challenging millions of Australians to storm Parliament House by about July 14th this year.

Many historians had long thought you couldn’t get much more out of touch than Louis XVI in early 1789. Then Scotty holidayed in Hawaii while his people burned, and couldn’t see anything wrong with showering pony, yacht, and rowing clubs with taxpayer money while three million Australians lived below the poverty line.

By comparison, the soon to be headless French King seemed to have Hawkie’s common touch.
