The 10% of Australian coronavirus cases linked to Peter Dutton’s failure to do the one job he’s banged on about for five years have offered gushing praise to the Home Affairs Minister for his bold stand against a public servant who compared two events based on objectively similar qualities.
While some victims have expressed their wishes that Peter Dutton had the intellectual and moral capacity not to harm hundreds of Australian citizens and terrorise thousands of refugees, others have welcomed his ham-fisted, tone-deaf, culture war of distraction attack on Victoria’s Deputy Chief Health Officer.

Exhausted, achey, and feverish, victim Melanie Swanson, said between coughs that she was grateful that Mr Dutton was making up for the suffering he had inflicted on her by trying to inflict suffering on a more high-profile woman.
