“We can’t have journalists doing journalism. What’s next, a government actually governing?”

Inspired by the Brazilian Government’s efforts to dispense with journalists digging into corruption by inventing charges and threatening prison time, Scott Morrison has today demanded Paul Kennedy serve 10 years for his two “sports rorts” interviews.

Although some observers point out that Kennedy’s assertive interviews with Michaelia Cash and Greg Hunt have absolutely nothing to do with cybercrimes, others have countered that truth and evidence stopped mattering to this Government about six and a half years ago.

Malcolm Turnbull has slammed Mr Morrison’s conduct as inexplicable and unbecoming of a Prime Minister, unlike his own very Prime Ministerial contributions to corporatisation, concentration camps, and climate catastrophe.
