The world’s 11th richest man, with a fortune valued at $US50 billion, has justified his bid by saying that Mr Trump, only the 259th richest man, valued at $US3 billion, is too poor to run an plutocracy.

“Right now we’ve got a New York billionaire running the country. I’m uniquely positioned, as a New York billionaire, to defeat him”.
