More than he deserves.
In a double blow to misogynists across the world, not only did Nadia Murad and Denis Mukwege jointly win the Nobel Peace Prize for their hard work fighting sexual violence, but Donald Trump won a sheet of poo-smeared toilet paper for his hard work supporting sexual violence.
Ms Murad is an Iraqi Yazidi who was tortured and raped by Islamic State militants and later became the face of a campaign to free the Yazidi people.
Dr Mukwege is a Congolese gynaecologist who, along with his colleagues, has treated tens of thousands of victims.
Donald Trump is a US President who has been accused of rape, attempted rape or sexual assault by over 20 women, has been caught on tape admitting to grabbing women by the pussy, and has campaigned to get his fellow sex predator Brett Kavanaugh onto the Supreme Court so he can help make it illegal for women to have abortions, even those who have been raped.
Upon hearing of her award, Murad said “"Persecution of minorities must end. We must work together with determination - to prove that genocidal campaigns will not only fail, but lead to accountability for the perpetrators and justice for the survivors."
Dr Mukwege said “"This Nobel prize is a recognition of the suffering and the failure to adequately compensate women who are victims of rape and sexual violence in all countries around the world,"
Meanwhile Donald Trump mocked a sexual assault victim by saying “How did you get home?’ ‘I don’t remember'.’ How did you get there? ‘I don’t remember.’ Where is the place? ‘I don’t remember.’ How many years ago was it? ‘I don’t know.’ What neighborhood was it? ‘I don’t know.’ Where’s the house? ‘I don’t know.’”
Sources close to the toilet paper say while it was used to the ignominy of being covered in shit, the ignominy of being associated with Donald Trump was much worse.
