On balance, our exports have really fucked them.

A snap poll of UK citizens taken since the election result has found that 50% agree with the statement “all things considered, Australian exports have ruined this country”.

49% will think the same when they overcome their horrible bout of false consciousness, while the remaining 1% can get in the bin.

North London Remainer Ellie Samson said “I really like Harold, and Dr Karl is a bit of a silver fox, but those facts probably don’t outweigh the fact that Rupert Murdoch has unilaterally sentenced humanity and millions of other species to death with his global campaign of climate denial.”

While South London Remainer Jordie Southwood said “I like doing The Loco-motion as much as the next man, but I also like breathing air, so, I dunno, it’s a tough one.”

It’s clearer than ever that we need to build stronger progressive counterweights to Murdoch’s power. Be part of that struggle by becoming a Situation Theatre patron.
