Morrison is tired of Swan making him look more useless than a muddy dishcloth.
The second last man you’d want to lead in a crisis, only just before the guy from the Kony campaign who was found in his underwear amidst traffic screaming and making sexual gestures, Scott Morrison, has called a special meeting of the national cabinet to decide whether gatherings of the ABC’s Dr Norman Swan should be banned.
Dr Swan has shot to prominence thanks to his consistent, clear communication during the coronavirus crisis which has provided an invaluable service to the public.

A ban on Swan’s broadcasts is expected as a result of the feelings of insecurity this has caused Scott Morrison, and his anger that a public figure would serve the people rather than the fossil fuel industry or Rupert Murdoch.
