Half the nation is terrified the fossil fuel industry/Morrison Government is stealing their future. What they really need is some ads telling them it’s okay not to be okay.
96% of young Australians consider climate change to be a serious problem and 89% say they are worried about it.
Four in five Australian students report being somewhat or very anxious about the climate emergency.
One-third of Australian women under 30 are reconsidering having children for this reason.
And that’s before the recent bushfire crisis cost 33 deaths, 2,779 homes, 17M hectares.and more than a billion animals.
The facts the Morrison Government is stacked with fossil fuel lobbyists, flush with fossil fuel donations, and using $29 billion of their taxes each year to subsidise fossil fuels, may not be helping.
