Japan, South Korea and Fitzgibbon are now the largest customers for Australian coal.

The Labor MP for Hunter and against the planet has yet again come to the rescue of the Morrison Government by offering to buy all of our annual thermal coal exports to the world’s largest economy.

Mr Fitzgibbon blamed Shadow Minister for Climate Change and Energy Mark Butler for the Chinese decision to ban Australian coal exports and said it was his own responsibility to show coal still has a bright future in Australia.
