The world’s second loosest cannon behind Donald Trump, Barnaby Joyce, has called on the Government to butt out of his life and allow coronavirus to run rampant so he can get on with feeding cattle or something.
In a short video posted on social media late last night, Joyce urged that rather than reducing the risk of coronavirus by cancelling mass public events as many experts are recommending, huge new public events should be organised to maximise risk to the community.
He went on to discuss the underrepresented topic of God’s role in spreading coronavirus, saying “There’s a higher authority that’s beyond our comprehension right up there in the sky. Unless we understand that’s gotta be respected, we’re just fools, and we’re gonna get nailed.”
The statement was seen as a recognition that the best form of satire is just directly quoting Barnaby Joyce in various contexts.
