Keen to offset any positive environmental action around the world with an equal and opposite reaction, the Prime Minister has decided re-opening the hole in the ozone layer would do the job. From next Wednesday, all your favourite childhood aerosols will be back on the supermarket shelves, and the government will be sending round members of its green army to install CFC coolants in your refrigerators.
